Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your merchandise within 7 days from the date of receipt. We will gladly replace it or give you a full refund (less shipping) with no restocking fees. Your only cost is shipping it back to us. To obtain a full refund, you must email us first at support@yoursilverreef.com. Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, insurance and a tracking number are recommended. Your Silver Reef is not responsible for the returned merchandise until it arrives safely at our warehouse.

Back Orders

Customers will be notified if an item is on backorder and the item(s) will be shipped via chosen shipping method as soon as possible.
